Naweeria Law Firm includes an even number of women on the legal and management teams and is responsible for staying on top of issues that relate to women in the United Kingdom, as well as developing programs to help them succeed both in and out of the workplace. Amid having many longstanding initiatives in place to enhance their service to women, we never lose sight of the need to enhance our approach.
Of late, our Executive Board reaffirmed its commitment to the advancement of women lawyers by mandating that we develop action plans around pillars of retention, business development and leadership. Our belief is that to effect real change, our people must take personal accountability to help create an environment in which more women can engage and get empowered to succeed.
